Required before any system access is granted. Every person who represents AIMERICA — employee, 1099 agent, or authorized reseller — must complete and pass this certification before receiving credentials to any AIMERICA system, before contacting a prospect, and before representing the brand in any market.
Twelve modules, approximately 6–8 hours. Passing score 85%; designated must-pass questions in each module; Module 7 (E911) requires 100%. A signed attestation is required before credentials are issued.
We sell regulated telecommunications services and AI systems that place and answer live calls. Penalties in this field are assessed per call and per text. The standard is simple: if you cannot pass this, you cannot sell for AIMERICA.
